1. Order & Customise
Follow our four step order form and fill in all details. Your order will be sent to one of our staff who will use these details to provide a proof for your approval. If you have opted to create your own artwork, you will receive a design specification in illustrator format to your email.
2. Proofing & Approval
If you have opted for us to create your artwork, our designers will create up to two distinct designs for your consideration. If not available in our system, we will prompt you to send us your logos and any other artwork. Minor tweaks and changes can be made to these designs until you are satisfied with the final result.
3. Invoicing & Payment
Upon receiving confirmation that you have approved your design, an invoice will be issued for payment. Once we have received payment or proof of payment your promotional flags will go into production.
4. Shipping & Tracking
When production is finished your order will be shipped. Tracking details will be sent to your email for your reference.
